Athletics
The annual school Athletics Day is held on site in听Term 1. 听This event is compulsory for all Year 9 and 10 students. 听Years 11-13 need to sign up at the Sports Office if they wish to compete. From this event students are selected to compete at the North Harbour Zone Championships held at AUT Millennium.
Students must compete in their own age group:
- Junior 鈥 Under 14 on Jan 1 (U14)
- Intermediate 鈥 Under 16 on Jan 1 (U16)
- Senior 鈥 16 and over on Jan 1 (U19)
Uniform
Years 9 & 10 to wear PE uniform, seniors to wear appropriate sports attire. 听School singlets will be issued to students competing at North Harbour and Auckland Zone Championships.
Fees
There is no charge for the school Athletics Day. 听A fee is charged to students competing at North Harbour and Auckland Championships to cover the entry fee and transport.
